See examplesLaser PI was founded to help solve the problem of organizing & analyzing data when decisions are needed every minute or faster.
Traditionally, logbooks have been kept in spreadsheets with manual data entry, often with missing data and mistakes as researchers try to keep up with the increasing shot rates of high-energy laser experiments.
Laser PI Dashboard aims to auto-populate logbook entries, allows you to search and filter to find the information you need, and to provide a central location for viewing raw data, analyzed data, and campaign insights to help you make the best decisions.
The dashboard has been developed for laser experiments at the world's leading X-ray facilities, utilizing X-ray diffraction techniques, but can be tailored to suit any specification of high-repetition rate laser experiments.
Use the link below to get in touch to find out more or to arrange a demo of our dashboard and see how Laser PI can help you.

Clicking through the run number from the navbar will highlight the corresponding row in the logbook table, letting you click find the run information in the table. The selected row will be highlighted based on the type of run: Calibration, X-ray only, Laser Shot, Visar only, etc. Clicking the Quickview button will take you to the run overview page where you will be able to see a full page view of the selected run, and interact with the raw data (X-ray images, Visar images).
From the navbar at the top of Laser PI Dashboard, you can quickly change the view of the logbook table to only show the information you are most interested in. You don't need to scroll through 50+ column headers to get to the parameter you need, simply click on one of the Focused View buttons for the category of parameters you need to view.

You don't need to scroll through 50+ column headers to get to the parameter you need, simply click on one of the Focused View buttons for the category of parameters you need to view.
Each page of the Laser PI Dashboard has a direct connection to the data contained within the logbook. Clicking through run numbers from the navigation bar will update the content on each page accordingly, revealing raw data, or any data analysis that has been carried out.
List all logbook entries for the selected run and display interactive plots of your raw data (allowing you to zoom and click on images to display key information/analysis). Images will be calibrated based on information contained within a configuration file. From the navbar you can update the run number to update the page content and display any data that exists for the selected run.
The Summary Slides page makes it incredibly easy to view a summary of the selected run. No need to search through 100's or 1000's of Powerpoint or Google Slides to find the run you are interested in. Click through from one run to another from the navbar and the Summary Slides page will update and display X-ray and Visar images, including plots of any analysis that has been carried out. Notes and analysis values from the logbook will be displayed here.
Individual pages that are dedicated to the typical analysis that is performed on your data. Create waterfall plots for any campaign at a click of a button, hiding any particular lineout by interacting with the figure.
View a description of the target for the selected run, displaying sample-layers
or material properties for all layers. List all samples and sampleID
for any of the target frames you have ready to use or that have already been used
in your experiment.
Identify shock-breakout

With Campaign Insights, create plots that help understand how your whole experiment is going. View shot distributions by sub-campaigns or by material. Filter your logbook data by category and create interactive plots that help you make better decisions and make sure you leave with all the data you need.
